My career in real estate began in 2003 when I founded XTROV and purchased my first "fixer upper" investment property. It was so much fun, I bought another one.
However, this time instead of hiring a general contractor, I became one. When XTROV's newly hired Construction Manager, took a sawsall and created the arch we had envisioned to open up the floor plan,
I knew I was hooked on real estate for life.
40+ personal properties later, I have earned first-hand experience buying, fixing, selling and renting from Egnar to Mancos, Colorado. Now, as a REALTOR with RE/MAX Mesa Verde Realty, I am as committed to your real estate goals as I am to my own.
People often ask me, "what does XTROV mean?" It stands for delivering eXTRaOrdinaryValue. We built our service standard into the company name and it sets the benchmark for all that we do.
XTROV is unique in that we were investors and property rehabbers before adding the REALTOR credential. I know how to save money and make money in real estate. Our business is to help our clients do the same.
Being a third generation Southwestern Colorado native, I am 100% committed to this area and to those who live here. My home is in beautiful Yellow Jacket, Colorado where my family has resided for over eighty years! In addition to being a REALTOR, I have a Master's Degree in Counseling, and have always had a knack for helping others achieve their goals.
