Property Management Service Fees -
 
Detailed Fee Information is Provided in Person
  • A percentage of the rental contract.
  • One-time success fee per move-in.
  • Cleaning, Repair, Maintenance, Remodeling and Yard Services are billed at cost.

no worriesabout any kind of repair or maintenance item. If it breaks, we can fix it.   If it needs to be done, we can do it.
