This bath was dated and no longer tenant worthy. Soon, an updated bath will provide the residents with a comfortable and attractive space to enjoy. The owner will have successfully extended the life - and the profitability - of his property. Timely repairs are win/win situations - the tenants are happy and the owner is too!  | The Project - Remove Old Shower and Install New. The damage was extensive. Solution - remove entire wall and window and rebuild. |

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. Depending on the type of project, we will give you an "all inclusive bid" for the project, a "not to exceed" proposal, or a "Time and Materials" agreement. |
