A Touch of Native Sun Tanning Salon and retail boutique will soon be opening at the former headquarters of XTROV's remodeling, repair and home maintenance business at 303 North Broadway in Cortez, CO. The firm I hoped to join from the beginning was RE/MAX Mesa Verde Realty. I admire and respect other franchise offices, but I relate best to the RE/MAX philosophy of doing business - "Outstanding Agents, Outstanding Results!" Carol Click is the Broker Owner of RE/MAX Mesa Verde Realty. Her personal production is always at the top of all the Realtors in our area. She is the type of professional I respect and admire - she walks the walk each and every day. |

To be a Property Manager in Colorado, you must hold a valid Real Estate License. As of Saturday, July 16 2011, I have fulfilled all the educational requirements and passed on the first attempt both the National Exam (90%) and the State Exam (85.1%)! This was a Happy Day for me. Soon, I will have the privilege of being a Broker Associate with a great Employing Broker and Company. I will be joining Carol Click, Broker Owner of RE/MAX Mesa Verde Realty in Cortez, Colorado. |

XTROV's IT Department (me!) announces the update to our former web site - today June 18 2011. Hopefully a bit later today we will actually be live and, if the stars line up right, we will still be getting email too!. If both those things happen, maybe the IT Department can ask for a bonus?? We have a new look and a narrower focus. This site is primarily on the Log Cabin vacation rental and the fully furnished month to month rentals, and the furnished executive suites in Cortez, Colorado. |
