      <title>Why We Do Safety Inspections.....</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142906"&gt;&lt;a href="#" rel="sw_lightbox" class="userlink"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.xtrov.com/blog/assets/0_0_0_0_250_188_csupload_42357581.jpg?u=634653790301995875" width="250" height="188" id="post-387597:ctrl-549966" alt="" title="" style="float:left;height:188px;margin:0 1.5em 7px 0;width:250px;"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;As part of our on-going property management services for owners and tenants, we do 4 on-site property checks per year.&amp;#160; First quarter&amp;#39;s inspection covers basic safety items.&amp;#160; We check smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, dryer vents, and hot tubs at a minimum.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142909"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142910"&gt;This&amp;#160;is an example of the unexpected safety hazard.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; It is an older home with older standards for number of plugs.&amp;#160; The tenants needed somewhere to plug in the basics so they took matters into their own hands.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142911"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142912"&gt;Their solution is creative, but it is just not safe.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; The home owner, upon our presentation of the situation, agreed to install a new and safe plug.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142913"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142914"&gt;The residents were happy, the home owner is happy, and we are happy to have discovered a potentially dangerous situation that can be easily resolved.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142915"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142916"&gt;No one intended any harm.&amp;#160;However, accidents can happen.&amp;#160; Our job as property managers is to do our best to reduce risk.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142917"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142918"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142919"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142920"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-142921"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Brother and Sister</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405743"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405744"&gt;&lt;a href="#" rel="sw_lightbox" class="userlink"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.xtrov.com/blog/assets/0_0_0_0_250_188_csupload_42031981.jpg?u=634646864667416865" width="250" height="188" id="post-381014:ctrl-19518931" alt="" title="" style="float:left;height:188px;margin:0 1.5em 7px 0;width:250px;"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Franklin, on&amp;#160;the left and Savannah Seven on the right.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405747"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405748"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405749"&gt;Being present for the birth of kittens is an amazing thingl&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Starting around 5 pm in April 2011, Mama Kitty gave birth to 5 kittens in about an hour&amp;#39;s time.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Much to my surprise, an hour or so later -&amp;#160;&amp;#160;Franklin made his unexpected appearance.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;Now we were 6!&amp;#160; Next morning, I was counting the tiny balls of still damp orange fur.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; It was hard to believe...there were 7 kittens!&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Sometime in the night - little Savannah was born.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;These two are often found cuddled up together - just like they were in the womb.&amp;#160; It&amp;#39;s a lifetime bond.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405750"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405751"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29405752"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Mama Kitty - the one who started it all</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107734"&gt;&lt;a href="#" rel="sw_lightbox" class="userlink"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.xtrov.com/blog/assets/0_0_0_0_250_160_csupload_41379980.jpg?u=634632978675748020" width="250" height="160" id="post-367341:ctrl-10085779" alt="" title="" style="float:left;height:160px;margin:0 1.5em 7px 0;width:250px;"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Mama Kitty&amp;#39;s real name is Eve.&amp;#160; It seemed appropriate for the wild cat who came into our lives - unexpectedly - and brought us 12 kitties in all.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; She has turned from the wildest bob cat to the sweetest purr girl.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107737"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107738"&gt;We are now a family of six cats.&amp;#160; Mama Kitty, Lucy, Uncle Precious, Harry, Frankin and Savannah.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107739"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107740"&gt;A huge thank you goes out to the Feral Cat Program offered through &amp;quot;For Pets Sake&amp;quot; &amp;#160;which allowed us to spay and/or neuter all 12 cats.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107741"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107742"&gt;The rest of the kitties?&amp;#160; Sadly, three are gone - they left and did not come home.&amp;#160; Talitha, Sunshine and Conan - we miss you. &amp;#160;&amp;#160; The other four kitties went to a wonderful home. Thank you Desiree and Rodney and Rodney&amp;#39;s Daddy for making that home.possible.&amp;#160; We were very particular about&amp;#160;where our kitties went.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;If it was not to an&amp;#160;excellent home, they did not go.&amp;#160; Our idea of a good home is inside and to be loved like family.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107743"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107744"&gt;All our &amp;quot;babies&amp;quot; are warm and safe tonight - it&amp;#39;s cold outside.&amp;#160; We send this messag&amp;#160;out&amp;#160;with a prayer that all &amp;quot;unwanted&amp;quot; cats and dogs in Montezuma County find good and loving homes.&amp;#160; Please support&amp;#160;&amp;quot;For Pets Sake&amp;quot; they make a huge difference.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107745"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9107746"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Keeping Warm</title>

      <title>Lucy - the name fits her well</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931603"&gt;&lt;a href="#" rel="sw_lightbox" class="userlink"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.xtrov.com/blog/assets/0_0_0_0_132_161_csupload_40899101.jpg?u=634622424905541250" width="132" height="161" id="post-356650:ctrl-34936011" alt="" title="" style="float:left;height:161px;margin:0 1.5em 7px 0;width:132px;"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931606"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial Black" size="3" color="#1d0811"&gt;Lucy's first Christmas.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931607"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931608"&gt;&lt;font color="#1d0811"&gt;Christmas 2010.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931609"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931610"&gt;&lt;font color="#1d0811"&gt;We do not know for sure that Lucy is Mama Kitty's baby.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Although, we think it to be so.&amp;#160; Mama Kitty lived a hard life before she came to learn that people can be okay....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931611"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931612"&gt;&lt;font color="#1d0811"&gt;We heard the most pitiful cries coming from south of our fence.&amp;#160; We found her, at maybe 4 week's of age, under a brush pile soon to be set ablaze.&amp;#160; The only one.&amp;#160; When we dug her out, with whatever small amount of strength she had left, she did her best to fend us off.&amp;#160; However, a quick scoop of a gloved hand and she was plopped into a fishing net.&amp;#160; With all four paws sticking through, the fight was over.&amp;#160; She became our first House Cat.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931613"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931614"&gt;&lt;font color="#1d0811"&gt;A few month's later, here she is taking a break from helping us wrap our gifts.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Stay tuned for pictures&amp;#160; of the Lucy of today.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; 13 month's have gone by and she can no longer jump on the back of the chairs - like she was supposed to be on the furniture???&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; She is now huge and after tipping a chair over once - she tends to jump on less tippy things.....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31931615"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>2011 Accomplishments / 2012 Goals</title>

      <title>Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Credential Completed!</title>
