REPAIR REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING and in a TIMELY MANNER.
To submit a repair or maintenance request:
1) log on to your TENANT PORTAL and submit your request, or
2) you can email a repair request to: [email protected]
You may also come in to the office, during business hours, and we will record your repair request manually.
XTROV is NOT responsible for any repair request left in a voicemail.
